WASHINGTON, D.C. – Speaker Mike Johnson announced today he raised $27.5 million in the third quarter of 2024, including over $19.4 million for his committees and $8.1 million for individual Members and candidates through events and grassroots efforts across the country. This is the highest amount raised by a Republican Speaker of the House in the third quarter of a presidential election year. This is the final full quarter before the 2024 election and Johnson’s third full quarter as Speaker.

“In less than one year as Speaker, I'm thankful that we have been able to build a team and set new fundraising records that will ensure House Republicans can keep and grow our majority," said Speaker Johnson. "Now with less than one month until the most important election of our lifetimes, another strong quarter shows voters are motivated down the stretch and ready to elect Republicans up and down the ballot to fix our economy, secure the border, and restore peace through strength."

Since being unanimously elected by his Republican colleagues last October, Speaker Johnson has now surpassed $70 million in his direct fundraising efforts to grow the majority, and has invested more than $30 million into Republican campaign accounts across the country. Last week, it was reported that the Congressional Leadership Fund, the Speaker's endorsed Super PAC, also raised a record-setting $81 million in the third quarter and $196 million since Johnson became Speaker.

Speaker Johnson has now transferred more than $26 million to the NRCC this cycle to date since entering office less than one year ago. In the third quarter, Speaker Johnson set monthly and quarterly online fundraising records, transferred $5 million to incumbents and challengers, and raised an additional $8.1 million directly for candidates.

As part of his leadership to grow the House Republican majority, Speaker Johnson has traveled to campaign in more than 210 cities across 40 states, and will barnstorm in 24 states just in the month of October.
