WASHINGTON, DC – Speaker Mike Johnson announced today he raised $23.5 million in the second quarter of 2024, including $17 million directly for his committees and $6.5 million for individual Members and candidates through events and grassroots efforts across the country. This is Johnson’s second full quarter as Speaker, as he has now traveled to more than 30 states and 140 cities leading the Republican Conference to grow the House majority.
“With commonsense solutions, strong candidates, and momentum growing every day, another extraordinary quarter shows Republicans are expanding our base and energized to win up and down the ballot in November,” said Speaker Johnson. “As we gather in Milwaukee next week to officially nominate President Donald Trump, our Party has never been more unified and equipped with the resources needed to grow the House majority, win the Senate, and win the White House.”
Speaker Johnson has now transferred more than $16 million to the NRCC this cycle. Since being unanimously elected in October, Speaker Johnson has also directed more than $26 million into Republican campaign accounts across the country, while his total fundraising efforts to grow the majority have now surpassed $50 million.
